At this stage, the Senior Consultant has reviewed the issue, on the Administrative Access page, to enter Click Here
This has several objectives:
The first is to see if their experience can provide a solution to the problem or question that is being reported, this includes consultation with other Senior Consultants, testing, etc..
If this fails, the Senior Consultant checks that the iquiry is correctly filled out and submitted it to Ofimatic Engineering, for processing.
Please note, that the Engineering Dept. will only recieve inquiries sent by Senior Consultants.
4. Resolve the Issue:
The Engineering Dept. receives the inquiries, and proceeds to replicate the examples sent in order so they can reproduce the errors or problems. If that is not possible, more detailed information will be needed.
Important Notes:
Elaborate Information
It is important to remember that if problem is not detailled and documented,It will result in rejection from the engineering dept, and request for more specific information. Therefore, it is best to send well-documented and detailed inquiry the first time.
Missing Steps
Apparently, “skipping steps” generates a sense of “agility”, that is sometime justifiable under the idea that it is an “urgent matter”.
Our experience has shown us that this only makes the problem solving process even longer. We strongly recommend that you follow our defined method to submitting your inquiries. |
